LANscape — TV Photo Gallery does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. The app operates entirely on your local device and your own network. We do not collect usage data, analytics, device identifiers, IP addresses, or any other personal information.
The following information is used by the app but never leaves your device or is transmitted to us:
The app requests permission to read photos and media from your device's local storage and any network shares you configure. This data is accessed only on your device and is never transmitted to the Company or any third party.
If you configure SMB/network shares, the credentials you enter (hostname, username, and password) are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. They are used solely to connect to your own network shares and are never transmitted to the Company or any third party.
Any preferences or settings you configure within the app are stored locally on your device. We have no access to these settings.
Premium features are unlocked via a one-time purchase processed entirely by Google Play. The Company does not receive, process, or store your payment information. Google's privacy policy governs the purchase transaction and can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
The only third-party service involved in the use of this app is Google Play, which handles in-app purchase processing. We do not integrate any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Because We do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to disclose. In the event the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, this policy and its commitments would transfer to the acquiring entity.
Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
The security of your information is important to Us. Network share credentials are stored using encrypted storage on your device. Since We do not collect or transmit personal data to our servers, there is no server-side data at risk of breach.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If You are a parent or guardian and believe Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us so We can take appropriate action.
